1. Please email us(fashies@googlemail.com) or fill in the contact/order form below to reserve the item/s you want to purchase. For special order of items that FASH does not carry, give a description or model no. of the item. We will send you a quote as soon as possible including all our charges.
2. We will then email to you an invoice for Credit Card Payment, PayPal or details of our Malaysian (CIMB/MAYBANK) or UK (LLOYDS TSB/NATWEST) account no. (for direct cash transfers) whichever is applicable. AT THIS STAGE WE REQUIRE ONLY HALF PAYMENT FOR ITEMS ABOVE RM500. Note that charges include, cost of item, postage, delivery and insurance. For special orders, you are given three days to pay 75% deposit of our quote. If not, we consider you have cancelled your order. Also note that, 6% transaction fee will be charged for payments via Credit Card or PayPal.
3. Once payment has cleared, we will send it to you. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
4. ONCE IT IS IN MALAYSIA, THE BALANCE HAS TO BE PAID FOR ITEMS ABOVE RM500. WE CAN PROVIDE PROOF IF NECESSARY. We have scheduled deliveries to Malaysia bi-monthly e.g. on the 1st and 15th of every month to our people in Malaysia. These dates are subject to change. The orders will then be despatched by courier. For high value items (such as expensive handbags), you are advised to pick up from our contacts in TTDI,Ampang or KLCC.
5. Orders to UK customers are despatched 2 days after payment has cleared.
6. Strictly no refund or returns policy.
